Our system is able to spot who the social influencers are, capture the value of their social influence, and identify the areas of their influence. Companies then have three ways to take advantage of such social influencers: through acquiring more customers like them; through leveraging the influencers with targeted products/promotions and see what causes more spending among their friends; and understanding who to focus the retention efforts on and how.
